When the owners of this Toowoomba property purchased this home they had dreams of renovating the tired and outdated space into a modern and fresh living area. The kitchen has had a complete overhaul and the addition of an outdoor built-in BBQ and deck overlooking the pool has created the perfect entertaining area. They have also swapped out old for new with a light and airy new laundry.

The new kitchen features a Smartstone Arcadia benchtop with an Essastone Ash Concrete servery bench. The double waterfall end and different coloured servery top has created a modern edge with this stunning kitchen. The joinery consists of Flexipanel Designer White with Laminex Charcoal used for the servery panel and rangehood cupboard. The inclusion of two fully integrated fridges and a fully integrated dishwasher has created a seamless finish.

The outdoor kitchen features matt black joinery with a Caesarstone Raw Concrete benchtop, a built-in BBQ and bar fridge. The laundry features Smartstone Arcadia benchtop and Flexipanel Designer White joinery.

From dark and outdated to light and modern, this renovation has made an incredible difference to this Toowoomba home.
